Policies

PRE-ORDERS:

All items that are ordered in conjunction with a pre-order will ship as soon as the pre-ordered item is ready. Depending on the nature of the merchandise, production can take up to a month or more, so please bear this in mind when purchasing multiple items.

REFUNDS:

Physical goods: I can offer refunds for lost or damaged items. Please contact me as soon as possible if your item(s) have been damaged, or it has been a week or more and you have not received your shipment (three weeks for international orders). In the case of a damaged item, please have pictures of the items and the package on hand so I can submit the appropriate claims with the postal service.

Digital goods: Refunds will not be given for digital items under any circumstances.
